What is Genova Frequencies Quantum Healing?

What if healing isn’t only about what we can see, feel or understand?

Genova Frequencies Quantum Healing works with the deeper layers of our experience — the physical body, emotions, beliefs, subconscious patterns and energetic influences that can shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us.

It is a modality that combines intuitive guidance, energy healing and consciousness work to explore

what may be sitting beneath the surface.

Sometimes we can understand something with our mind, yet still feel like we’re carrying it somewhere deeper. A pattern keeps repeating. An emotion doesn’t seem to have an obvious explanation. We know we’re ready to let something go, but don’t quite know how.

This is where the work becomes really interesting.

Genova Frequencies works with the idea that consciousness is far more expansive than our everyday awareness. During a session, we may explore aspects of consciousness such as the Higher Self, your Soul Team and simultaneous lives, depending on what comes through for you.

These aren’t concepts you need to believe in or understand before you arrive. They’re simply another layer of the experience to explore.

A session may unfold in completely different ways from one person to another. You might experience a shift in perspective, an emotional release, a deep sense of calm, unexpected insight — or something that is difficult to put into words.

It’s intuitive, expansive and a little bit mysterious — and that’s part of what makes Genova Frequencies so fascinating.

IPQH sessions offer a grounded, supportive space where I work directly with your energetic field using intuitive, hands-on energy healing.

During the session, I tune into your energy system and follow intuitive guidance to bring awareness to what is ready to shift and release. This often relates to emotional conditioning, fear-based patterns, and subconscious survival responses that may be keeping you stuck in life loops, feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or out of alignment.

Each session is uniquely guided and responds to what your system is ready to process in the moment. Nothing is forced — what is ready to surface is met gently, with space for it to be seen, released, and integrated.

As these internal patterns begin to shift, many people experience a natural return to clarity, emotional ease, and a stronger sense of inner alignment. This often flows into how they feel in their everyday life, relationships, and decision-making.

RQH sessions offer the same foundational energetic work, with the added benefit of space, depth, and expanded intuitive insight.

Because the session is completed remotely, you can receive the healing from wherever you are, without needing to be physically present in the healing space.

During your session, intuitive insights may come through around patterns, emotions, experiences or areas of your life that may be influencing how you’re feeling.

This can include insights from your subconscious, your own inner wisdom, or deeper aspects of your consciousness — including guidance from your Higher Self or Soul Team, and information connected to completed or simultaneous life experience

These insights are always brought through in a grounded and supportive way for where you are on your healing journey.

Following your session, you will receive a personalised intuitive insights report. This outlines key themes, observations, and messages that came through during the healing. It may also highlight areas in the body or energetic system where emotional holding patterns or trauma responses are present, along with supportive guidance to help you integrate the work.

Remote sessions often create a sense of deep reflection, emotional openness, and clarity as the healing continues to integrate over the weeks that follow.

Every space holds energy—sometimes we feel it even if we can’t see it. If your home has been feeling heavy, stagnant, or like it may be holding negative energy (or even an unwelcome presence), this clearing could help restore balance.

To complete the clearing, you’ll need to provide a basic floor plan of your home and as many photos as you feel comfortable sharing.

After the session, you’ll receive a detailed email summarising what shifted during the clearing, along with any guidance or messages to help you maintain a harmonious energy in your space.

To facilitate the session, I’ll need a recent photo of your fur-baby. You’re also invited to prepare up to three relevant questions you’d like clarity on.

Following the healing, you’ll receive an email outlining how the session unfolded, insights related to your questions, and any additional guidance, tools, or strategies that may support your fur-baby’s wellbeing moving forward.
