IPQH sessions offer a grounded, supportive space where I work directly with your energetic field using intuitive, hands-on energy healing.
During the session, I tune into your energy system and follow intuitive guidance to bring awareness to what is ready to shift and release. This often relates to emotional conditioning, fear-based patterns, and subconscious survival responses that may be keeping you stuck in life loops, feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or out of alignment.
Each session is uniquely guided and responds to what your system is ready to process in the moment. Nothing is forced — what is ready to surface is met gently, with space for it to be seen, released, and integrated.

These remote sessions are received wherever you are, allowing the work to move beyond physical environment and into deeper layers of consciousness and the energetic field.
During the session, insights may arise connected to subconscious patterns, emotional imprints, and energetic influences. Including awareness from deeper aspects of consciousness, such as guidance from your Higher Self, Soul Team, or information from completed or simultaneous life experiences.
These insights are always brought through in a grounded and supportive way for where you are on your healing journey.
Following your session, you will receive a personalised intuitive insights report. This outlines key themes, observations, and messages that came through during the healing. It may also highlight areas in the body or energetic system where emotional holding patterns or trauma responses are present, along with supportive guidance to help you integrate the work.
Remote sessions often create a sense of deep reflection, emotional openness, and clarity as the healing continues to integrate over the weeks that follow.

Distance energetic house clearings
Every space holds energy—sometimes we feel it even if we can’t see it. If your home has been feeling heavy, stagnant, or like it may be holding negative energy (or even an unwelcome presence), this clearing could help restore balance.
To complete the clearing, you’ll need to provide a basic floor plan of your home and as many photos as you feel comfortable sharing.
After the session, you’ll receive a detailed email summarising what shifted during the clearing, along with any guidance or messages to help you maintain a harmonious energy in your space.

Animal Healing & Reading
This healing is offered remotely and utilises The Genova Frequencies Quantum Healing Modality.
To facilitate the session, I’ll need a recent photo of your fur-baby. You’re also invited to prepare up to three relevant questions you’d like clarity on.
Following the healing, you’ll receive an email outlining how the session unfolded, insights related to your questions, and any additional guidance, tools, or strategies that may support your fur-baby’s wellbeing moving forward.
